<p>After breakfast, depart for Rwanda via Kisoro crossing the border to Kigali, Ruhengeri dinner and overnight at Mountain gorilla view lodge/Gorilla Nest Hotel or Kinigi Guest House.</p>

<p>Start you day with a <strong><em>game viewing</em></strong> session from the northern banks of the placid Victoria Nile.  This side has got a number of animals which include elephants, Oribi, Rothschild’s giraffe, lions, Cape buffalo, hartebeest, Waterbuck, Bohor reedbuck, hyena, bushbucks and leopards.  Return to the lodge and relax as you wait for your lunch. After lunch go for a launch cruise upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls. <p>We depart Murchison Falls and head towards Kibale Forest  National Park. The drive will provide you with some spectacular views as you pass small African villages and banana plantations. The lovely town of Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon and is famous for the many tea plantations. <p>Today the forest opens its doors for a sensational chimp tracking. Kibale Forest is reputable of having the highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzee. Other primates are usually spotted; red-tailed monkey, black-and-white Colobus monkey and many others. After a hearty lunch we transfer to the Bigodi  Swamp for another, totally different nature walk. The Bigodi Swamp Walk is an initiative of the local community and takes approximately two hours. The swamp is known for its rich diversity of birds and primates. Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge/Primate lodge/Chimps nest.</p>

A game drive on our way to the accommodation in the middle of the national park gives us the chance to spot waterbucks, warthogs and other wildlife. <h2><strong>Day 6: Game drive and Launch cruise</strong></h2>
<p>Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari. We will drive through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth called <strong>Ishasha.</strong> Here we will take lunch by the Ishasha  River and try to find the famed Ishasha tree-climbing lions before continuing on to Bwindi, home to the few remaining <a title="mountain gorilla tour" href="http://www.toursgorilla.com">mountain gorillas</a>. Bird life and primate life in Bwindi is quite superb, and there is an incredible variety of flora. Bwindi is the Bird watchers haven! It holds 348 species of birds and supports 24 of 26 Albertine Rift Endemics that occur in Uganda; and seven red data book species. This can take you half a day. Overnight at Fairway  hotel, Sheraton Hotel or Hotel Africana.</p>

<p>After an early morning breakfast,  our guide will drive you  south westwards, with a stop over at the  equator to take some photos then after  to <a title="lake mburo national park" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/ugandanationalparks-safaris/lakemburonationalpark.html">Lake Mburo National Park</a>.   Its the only park in Uganda  with an entire Lake from which it drives  its  name.  On arrival you will take a game  drive and a canoe ride on  the Lake. Overnight  at Lake View Hotel (FB)</p>

<p>Get early morning breakfast and  briefings by our guide then  after depart for <a title="bwindi impenetrable forest national park" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/ugandanationalparks-safaris/bwindinationalpark.html">Bwindi impenetrable  National Park</a>. The park derives its name  from its thick Vegetation with  an immense variety of evergreen trees, festooned  with epiphytes,  lianas, which reach great heights in their search for sunlight  and half  of the world’s population of <a title="mountain gorillas" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/gorilla-information/mountaingorillas.html">mountain gorillas</a>. Overnight at the   Gorilla Resort camp   FB</p>
<h2><strong>Day 4: <a title="mountain gorilla trekking" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/gorilla-information/mountaingorillatracking.html">Mountain Gorilla Trekking</a><br />

<p>This is the main day of this trip  which you have all been  waiting for. After the early breakfast you will  then head for <a title="gorilla trekking in rwanda" href="http://www.gorillatrekkingrwanda.com">gorilla trekking</a>.  This will take between 2-5hours  depending on to ease to find these primates.  Being less than 5 metres  close to these primates isn’t easy but undoubtedly worth  it. If the  tracking is finished earlier, you will head to Kabale. Dinner and   overnight at Far out camp.</p>
<h2><strong>Day 5: Drive Back From the <a title="uganda gorilla tour" href="http://www.toursgorilla.com">Gorilla Tour and Wildlife Safari</a><br />
</strong></h2>
<p>After the early morning boat ride  along Lake Bunyonyi,  retire for lunch at the camp then depart back to  Kampala reaching late evening. Dinner and  overnight</p>

Take a stop over at the Equator or the Mpigi Royal drum makers  and proceed  into Queen Elizabeth national park. A game drive en route  is rewarding with  animals like water bucks, Elephants, Buffaloes and  many other animals. Check in  your lodge for Lunch dinner and over  night.</p>
<h2><strong>DAY 2: <a href="http://www.toursgorilla.com/safaris/rafting-wildlife-tour.html">WILDLIFE  TOUR</a> AND <a title="chimpanzee trekking" href="http://www.toursgorilla.com/uganda-safaris/uganda-holiday-tour.html">CHIMPANZEE TREKKING</a> </strong></h2>
<p>Wake up very  early  in the morning and go for an early morning game drive along the Kasenyi   track in search for lions, hyenas, leopards, water bucks and many  antelopes. .  You will return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch and  later go for an afternoon  chimp tracking in the Kyambura gorge. An  encounter of these more closely  related apes to human is really  wondrous!! have fun as you watch them in their  family and later return  to the lodge for dinner and over night.</p>
<h2><strong>DAY 3: BOAT RIDE AND <a href="http://www.toursgorilla.com/uganda-birding-safaris/uganda-birding-tour.html">BIRDING  TOUR</a> </strong></h2>
<p>This morning,  we leave for a boat  trip along the Kazinga Channel which gives you the  opportunity to view  wildlife up close: hippo&#8217;s huff and spray mere feet away  from the boat,  buffalo linger in the shallows. The shores of the channel are  also  home to an array of birds including pink backed pelicans, pied and   malachite kingfishers, saddle billed stork and many others. The after we  will  leave for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest  . We will drive through the  southern sector of Queen Elizabeth called Ishasha.  Here we will take  lunch by the Ishasha   River and try to find the  famed Ishasha  tree-climbing lions before continuing on to Bwindi, home to the  few  remaining <a title="mountain gorilla facts" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/gorilla-information/mountaingorillas.html">mountain gorillas</a>. Bird life and primate life in Bwindi is  quite  superb, and there is an incredible variety of flora. Bwindi is  also one of the  parks with the biggest numbers of bird. Some people  refer to it as the birder&#8217;s  paradise that is second to <a title="queen elizabeth national park safari" href="http://www.ugandagorillasafaritours.com/ugandanationalparks-safaris/queenelizabethnationalpark.html">Queen Elizabeth  national park</a>. Once continuous with  the forests of the Virunga Volcanoes  (Dian Fossey&#8217;s stomping ground), Bwindi is  now an ecological island,  surrounded by cultivation on the rich volcanic soils.  Overnight at  Gorilla Resort/Buhoma Community Bandas (Full Board).</p>
<h2><strong>DAY 4: MOUNTAIN <a title="mountain gorilla tracking" href="http://www.toursgorilla.com/safaris/bwindi-gorilla-tour.html">GORILLA  TRACKING</a> SAFARI </strong></h2>
<p>You will wake up  very early in the morning and  assemble at the starting points of the  groups as you receive briefing from your  rangers about <a title="gorilla tracking in uganda" href="http://www.toursinuganda.com/gorilla-safaris/tracking-tours/gorilla-bwindi-3day.html">gorilla tracking</a> the all awaited for main theme of the tour. Then  you will proceed to  the forest for the tracking. The time taken to encounter  these primates  is un predictable so you are advised to carry lunch because it  may  take you 1-10 hours. On watching these gentle animals with their silver   back, one will be forced to exclaim that; it is exhilarating !! return  to the  lodge for dinner and overnight.</p>

Bwindi is a home of gorillas, one of the upper limit populated in the world&#8217;s population of mountain gorillas. There are plenty of bird species and over hundreds of butterfly species. Its forest has dense under storey of fern, vines and shrubs and many more species and approximates to 325 tree species where 10 of which crop up nowhere in Uganda .</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ff6600;"><span style="color: #000000;">DAY 1: DRIVE TO BWINDI</span> </span></h2>
<p>A tour representative from African secrets Limited will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala and drive westwards. Have a stop over at the equator and then proceed via Mbarara to Bwindi. Dinner and overnight at Luxury Gorilla Resort Camp/ Basic Buhoma Community bandas.</p>

<p>Wake up very early in the morning and take breakfast. The time taken to track gorillas is unpredictable so you are advised to carry packed lunch. An encounter of a group of gorillas with one or two silver backs is exhilarating! <p>Day starts with early morning game drive after  retire for  breakfast. In afternoon go for a launch cruise along the  Kazinga channel. This  is a very good spot for hippos, crocodiles,  reptiles and a variety of bird  species. Overnight at Mweya safari  lodge.</p>
